Duly filled application form along with the below listed documents is to be submitted.
Leaving Certificate (T.C.) (Two attested copies) S.S.LC. / H.S.C./DIPLOMA.
Mark Seats (Two attested copies)
Recent 4 Passport size colour Photographs
Two sets of attested Photo copies of mark sheets of the recent education completed
Two sets of attested Photo copies of School leaving certificate / passing certificate / date of birth certificate.
Employment certificate for working personnel coming through their Firms / Organisation/ Institutions, etc.
Fitness certificate.
Form will be Not Accepted without part payment /Admission Fee.
